Your tasks:

Our Team Lead Quality Assurance is crucial for driving test excellence and is responsible for leading and developing the QA team. In this role, you ensure the highest quality standards at all stages of the software lifecycle. You implement modern testing strategies, foster a culture of quality assurance throughout the company, and drive continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and develop the QA team of 10 people to ensure excellent test results.
Develop and implement test strategies, processes, and standards for various cross-team and cross-location projects and products.
Ensure compliance with quality objectives and identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
Work closely with Development, Product Management, and DevOps to integrate QA practices into the entire software development process.
Plan, monitor, and control all testing activities, including resource management and risk assessment.
Analyze and evaluate test results; create reports and present QA metrics to different target groups.

Your profile:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field or equivalent education.
Minimum 6 years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally in a leadership position.
In-depth knowledge of testing methods, test automation, and quality assurance processes (e.g., ISTQB certification is an advantage).
Experience with modern testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber, etc.)
Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and a strong quality mindset.
Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as team spirit.
Ability to actively shape change processes and motivate the team for continuous development.
Very good command of written and spoken English.

Deine Aufgaben:

Unsere Teamleitung Quality Assurance spielt eine zentrale Rolle bei der Sicherstellung exzellenter Testergebnisse und trägt die Verantwortung für die fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung des QA‑Teams. In dieser Position stellst du sicher, dass höchste Qualitätsstandards über den gesamten Software‑Lifecycle hinweg eingehalten werden. Du etablierst moderne Teststrategien, förderst eine unternehmensweite Qualitätskultur und treibst kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voran.

Deine Aufgaben:

Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung eines QA‑Teams von zehn Mitarbeitenden, um erstklassige Testergebnisse zu gewährleisten.
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Teststrategien, Prozessen und Qualitätsstandards für standort- und teamübergreifende Projekte und Produkte.
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätszielen sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktmanagement und DevOps, um QA‑Praktiken nahtlos im gesamten Softwareentwicklungsprozess zu verankern.
Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung sämtlicher Testaktivitäten, inklusive Ressourcenmanagement und Risikobewertung.
Analyse und Bewertung von Testergebnissen sowie Erstellung von Reports und Präsentation relevanter QA‑Kennzahlen an unterschiedliche Stakeholdergruppen.

Dein Profil:

Ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, einem verwandten Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens sechs Jahre Erfahrung in der Software-Qualitätssicherung, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung
Umfassendes Wissen über Testmethoden, Testautomatisierung und QA‑Prozesse (eine ISTQB‑Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil)
Erfahrung mit modernen Testtools und Frameworks wie z. B. Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber oder ähnlichen Tools
Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und ein starkes Qualitätsbewusstsein
Kommunikationsstärke, Führungskompetenz und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
Die Fähigkeit, Veränderungsprozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und dein Team für kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung zu motivieren
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
