Die Aufgaben:

Programmierung im Frontend einer flugbezogenen Anwendung
Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des bestehenden Quellcodes
Aktive Mitgestaltung in den Bereichen Design, Usability und Code
Mehrwertschaffung für das Produkt durch die Implementierung neuer Features und Funktionalitäten
Erstellung responsiver, leistungsorientierter Benutzeroberflächen
Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Entwickler*innen an gemeinsamen Aufgaben
Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Einarbeitung in neue Konzepte, Tools und Technologien
Entwicklung von Tools für eine erfolgreiche digitale Transformation
Überbrückung der Lücke zwischen Fluggesellschaften, Reisebüros und E-Commerce

Dein Profil:

Bachelor-, Master- oder Diplomabschluss in Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich (z. B. Software Engineering); eine gleichwertige berufliche Erfahrung ist ebenfalls akzeptabel
Fundierte Programmierkenntnisse / Praktische Erfahrung mit Angular ist zwingend erforderlich
Kenntnisse in webbasierten Anwendungen und Architekturen (z. B. SOA, 12-Factor-App-Prinzipien, Vor- und Nachteile von Microservices)
Kenntnisse in objektorientierter Programmierung (OOP)
Praktische Erfahrung mit JavaScript
Erfahrung in der Nutzung von REST-APIs
Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung sowie zur Einarbeitung in neue Konzepte, Tools und Technologien
Kreative und innovative Fähigkeiten zur Problemlösung

Wünschenswerte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen

Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden der Softwareentwicklung sowie mit Best Practices wie Unit Testing und Continuous Integration
Sicherer Umgang mit GIT

Your tasks:

You’ll work together with designers, product owners and engineers in a fast moving and product focused environment to deliver innovative solutions.

Programming in the frontend of a flight related application
Further development and improvement of the existing source code
Active involvement in design, usability and code
Adding value to the product by implementing new features and functionalities
Creating responsive, performance-orientated user interfaces
Collaborating with other developers on tasks
Continuously improve and capture new concepts, tools and technologies
Creating and improving transport service solutions on a global scale
Developing tools for a successful digital transformation
Bridging the gap between airlines, travel agencies and e-commerce

Your profile:

Bachelor/Master/Diploma in computer science or comparable field (software engineering), equivalent professional experience is acceptable
Proficient programming skills / Applied knowledge in Angular is a must
Knowledge about web-based applications and architectures (SOA, 12 factor, benefits and challenges of microservices)
Knowledge of OOP (Object oriented programming)
Hands on experience in JavaScript
Usage of REST APIs
Desire to constantly improve and capture new concepts, tools and technologies
Creative and innovative problem-solving skills

Desired skills & experience

Experience with agile software development methods and software development best practices, such as unit testing and continuous integration
Working with GIT
Team-oriented working style
Very good English language skills
