Senior DevOps Engineer (m/w/d)

Die Aufgaben:

Du arbeitest in einem engagierten Team an innovativen Lösungen in einem dynamischen, produktorientierten Umfeld. Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung für vielfältige Aufgaben rund um unsere Infrastruktur und DevOps-Prozesse:

Analyse und Optimierung von Netzwerken
Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer GitLab-Umgebung (inkl. Pipelines, Agents, Integration in Kubernetes und Jira)
Betrieb und Ausbau unserer Kubernetes-Cluster (z. B. Node-Setup, Fehleranalyse, Updates, Team-Onboarding, Deployments, Anwendungstests)
Automatisierung und Infrastrukturmanagement mit Ansible und Terraform
Administration von Datenbanksystemen (Installation, Konfiguration, Wartung, Fehleranalyse)
Aufbau von ELK / TIG (Installation, Konfiguration, Erstellen von Dashboards)
Verwaltung von Containerlösungen mit Docker und Anbindung an bestehende Infrastruktur
Analyse von Logfiles und systematische Fehlerdiagnose zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs
Durchführung von Security Checks auf Applikations- und Infrastrukturebene

Dein Profil:

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, eines MINT-Fachs oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit:
- GitLab
- Kubernetes (mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung)
- Ansible und Terraform
- ELK- und TIG-Stacks
- Docker und Container-Technologien
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken und SQL, idealerweise mit:
MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, MongoDB
Erfahrung im Arbeiten mit Cloud-Infrastrukturen
Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und an der gemeinsamen Weiterentwicklung von Lösungen

Your tasks:

You work in a dedicated team on innovative solutions in a dynamic, product-oriented environment. In doing so, you take responsibility for a wide range of tasks related to our infrastructure and DevOps processes:

Analysis and optimization of networks
Maintenance and further development of our GitLab environment (including pipelines, agents, integration with Kubernetes and Jira)
Operation and expansion of our Kubernetes clusters (e.g. node setup, troubleshooting, updates, team onboarding, deployments, application testing)
Automation and infrastructure management using Ansible and Terraform
Administration of database systems (installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting)
Setup of ELK / TIG stacks (installation, configuration, dashboard creation)
Management of container solutions with Docker and integration into existing infrastructure
Logfile analysis and systematic error diagnosis to ensure stable operations
Execution of security checks at both application and infrastructure level

Your profile:

A degree in Computer Science, a STEM subject, or a comparable qualification through several years of professional experience
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with:
- GitLab
- Kubernetes (at least 3 years of experience)
- Ansible and Terraform
- ELK and TIG stacks
- Docker and container technologies
Several years of experience working with databases and SQL, ideally with:
- MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, MongoDB
Experience working with cloud infrastructures
Excellent analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work
Enjoyment in collaborating within a team and in jointly developing solutions
